Black Scholars are graduating seniors of African descent in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, and Wayne counties who have maintained at least a “B” average throughout their high school years. Students are identified by their schools at the end of the first semester of their senior year. Once identified, must maintain honor grades through last semester.
