East Rochester is one of thirteen local schools that has students with artwork being featured in an upcoming "Through the Student Lens" collection at Image City Photography Gallery. Student images that were selected have been printed by Michael Hager of Museum Photographics. Seven students from East Rochester Union Free School District have work that will be featured in the collection, some with multiple pieces!

Congratulations to Carter Newcomb, Cleo McDermott, Gwen Prothero, Lyubov Blaga, Maya DiPane, Morgan Charone and Samantha Funk.

The “Through the Student Lens 2021” collection will run from March 23 until April 18 with Betsy Phillips in the Neuberger Gallery. The visiting artist for the show is Clyde cornstock and the artists-in-residence are Jim Patton and David Perlman. Camera Rochester is also a guest artist for the show. 

Image City Photography Gallery is located at 722 University Avenue in the heart of ARTWalk in the Neighborhood of the Arts. The gallery is open from 12-6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and  12-4 p.m. on Sundays. To contact the gallery, you can call (585) 271-2540.
